From the first sketch to the final polish, we engineer every piece with a lifelong commitment to the planet.
We have integrated solar panel arrays across our facility, generating enough electricity annually to power over 2,600 HDB 4-bedroom flats a month.
Our catalytic technology operates at 250°C to 400°C (significantly lower than the 700°C required by traditional methods) to slash the energy needed for production.
By operating at lower temperatures, we prevent the creation of harmful byproducts like nitrogen oxides, keeping our local environment pristine.
We use advanced catalytic combustion to transform organic pollutants into harmless water and carbon dioxide before they ever leave our 42,437 m³ facility.
A June 2025 audit confirmed our VOC emissions are as low as 14.3 mg/m³, which is 70% cleaner than the national safety limit of 50 mg/m³.

We officially renewed our FSC™ Chain of Custody Certification in 2025.

We believe that the air inside your home should be as fresh as the air in nature. Currently, 90% of our furniture is crafted using CARB P2 grade composite wood, a world-class standard for indoor air quality that is significantly more stringent than the common E1 industry benchmark.
While most furniture follows the standard E1 emission limits, we have chosen a stricter path to ensure your family’s well-being. By adhering to the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Phase 2 standards, we ensure ultra-low formaldehyde emissions from our materials. It is our way of guaranteeing that your Star Living furniture contributes to a safer, healthier, and more eco-friendly home environment.
The OPU Eco-Standard
Our OPU doors hit the ENF Grade mark, which is the peak of low formaldehyde standards.
This certification means our designs use materials that pass the toughest environmental and health tests for you.

You can finally relax knowing your home air is super clean and toxin-free. These doors test below 0.025mg/m3 for emissions, outperforming basic E0 boards. We use moisture-proof aluminum and eco-friendly carbon crystal to make them last forever. You're getting a stable, non-deformable door that keeps your family safe and supports a healthier planet.
Comfort without Compromise
The Earthy sofa uses ELASTRON fabric with the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 label. This means every part of the textile has been tested for harmful substances, from the initial yarn to the finished product.
This label is your guarantee that every thread, button, and accessory is harmless to human health. We test against 1,000 harmful substances because we know how much skin contact happens on a sofa. It is pet-friendly and meets international safety regulations that are updated every year. You can chill out knowing your furniture is safe for the whole fam, pets included, without any hidden nasties in the fabric.
Our commitment to the planet doesn't stop at the factory gates. Every delivery is a carefully planned operation designed to reduce our carbon footprint and minimise waste.
