Please take note of the following:
Delivery is restricted to Singapore mainland only.
We will need a minimum of 3 working days to process your delivery. For peak season, lead time for delivery will be a minimum of 14 days. The Company seeks customers’ understanding in this.
For purchases below SGD$500, SGD$50 delivery charge per location will apply.
For purchases SGD$500 and above, there will be free delivery to 1 location.
There will be an additional delivery surcharge for all deliveries to Central Prime District area* and Restricted area*.
For Central Prime District* and purchases below SGD$2,000, SGD$80 surcharge per location will apply. For purchases SGD$2,000 and above, the surcharge will be waived and there will be free delivery to 1 location.
*Central Prime District area refers to all addresses with postal codes beginning with “01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 17, 18, 19”.
For Restricted Area*, there will be an additional delivery surcharge from SGD$180 which will be billed separately by our staff after the confirmation of orders online.
Second delivery charges will be levied in the event of last minute changes (within 24 hours before confirmed delivery timing) to delivery. Charges will be determined by the Company.
For exchange, good(s) must be returned within seven (7) days in its original packaging and conditions, be unused, undamaged, and in marketable conditions. A restocking fee will apply (Refer to T&C for more information). Alternatively, Customers may choose to self-collect their good(s) at our warehouse located @ 52 Sungei Kadut Avenue Singapore 729675. Collection timing is strictly from Monday to Friday between 1pm to 3pm and 3.30pm to 5.30pm.
Disposal of Unwanted Furniture
Star Living shall not be responsible for the clearing of any unwanted furniture from customer. The cost incurred by Star Living in clearing such unwanted furniture, especially those that obstruct the moving in of the Goods into customer's premises shall be borne by customer.
