Deliveries for online orders are restricted to Singapore mainland only. For deliveries to Malaysia, please visit our showrooms for more details.
All our deliveries include installation for our own products.
We will need a minimum of 3 working days to process your delivery. For peak season, the lead time for delivery may differ on a case-by-case basis. The Company seeks customers’ understanding of this.
For purchases below SGD$800, an SGD$50 delivery charge per location will apply. For purchases of SGD$800 and above, the surcharge will be waived and there will be free delivery to 1 location.
For Saturday deliveries; an SGD$80 delivery charge per location will apply. For purchases of SGD$2,000 and above, the surcharge will be waived and there will be free delivery to 1 location.
There will be an additional delivery surcharge for all deliveries to the Central Prime District area* and Restricted area*.
For Central Prime District* and purchases below SGD$2,000, an SGD$80 surcharge per location will apply. For purchases of SGD$2,000 and above, the surcharge will be waived and there will be free delivery to 1 location.
For Central Prime District* + Saturday deliveries, an SGD$120 surcharge per location will apply. For purchases of SGD$2,000 and above, the surcharge will be waived and there will be free delivery to 1 location.
*Central Prime District area refers to all addresses with postal codes beginning with “01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 17, 18, 19”.
For Restricted Area*, there will be an additional delivery surcharge from SGD$180 onwards which will be billed separately by our staff after the confirmation of orders online. Please note that The Interlace Condo is now added to our list of Restricted Areas.

Second Delivery charges will be levied in the event of last-minute changes (within 24 hours before confirmed delivery timing) to delivery. A minimum of $50/$80 (depending on delivery location) or 10% of the total value, whichever is higher.
Alternatively, customers may choose to self-collect their goods at our warehouse located @ 21 Sungei Kadut Street 2, #04-01 Star International, Singapore 729238. Collection timing is strictly from Monday to Friday between 1pm to 3pm and 3.30pm to 5.30pm.
Manual Labour Surcharge via Stairs
For deliveries beyond Level 2 due to reasons such as no direct lift access & not being able to fit into the lift, we will have additional surcharges as follow:

Disposal of Unwanted Furniture
Star Living shall not be responsible for the clearing of any unwanted furniture from customers. The cost incurred by Star Living in clearing such unwanted furniture, especially those that obstruct the moving in of the Goods into the customer's premises shall be borne by the customer.
