*The warranty period starts from the first date of delivery and will not renew with exchange or servicing.
*Service Fee (as below) is applicable strictly after 1 year or when warranty is deemed invalid

What will we do to rectify the defects?
We will examine the product and decide, at our sole discretion, if the product is eligible for the limited warranty. If eligible, our Service Team will offer to (in this hierarchy):
Step 1 - Repair or refurbish the defective product
Step 2 - 1 to 1 exchange with the same or comparable product, if repair or refurbishment is not possible
Step 3 - 1 to 1 exchange with an alternative product, if we no longer carry a similar product
What is not covered under this Warranty Scheme?
Products that are:
- Stored or assembled incorrectly
- Used inappropriately, abused, or misused
- Altered without authorization by Star International
- Cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or products
- Damaged due to normal wear and tear
- Damaged due to any impacts or accidents
- Placed outdoors or in a humid environment
- Used for non-domestic purposes (unless stated otherwise)
- Bought as display sets
- Transferred from buyer to another party
- Damaged due to pest infestations
- Not backed by a valid sales order
- Exported out of Singapore
